My order has shipped, but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?

Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact the Customer Service Department.

What is your Returns Policy?

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase date. The refund will typically take place within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse minus a restocking fee of 15% and return freight charges where applicable. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

How do I obtain a RMA number?

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please request your RMA from the Customer Service Department.

Why am I not able to login to my account?

If you have not logged in to your account in the past 18 months, it may no longer be active and you will need to create a new account. Also remember that usernames, email addresses and passwords are case sensitive.

How can I check on the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please visit the  My Account section, on RhinoOnline.com.au. You can also send us a message using our contact form or call our Customer Service Department by phoning 1300 887 647

How can I find out where my package is?

If you have selected a courier service, you should have received an email with your tracking number within 72 hours from the time you placed your order. Please track your order's delivery status and progress as per the details provided. If you have placed an order and do not have a tracking number, please contact the Customer Service Department to obtain your order information.

How is GST determined?

The Goods and Services tax rate and collection of GST are determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped.

Can I return or exchange my RhinoOnline.com.au purchase at a Rhino Linings retail location?

Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange merchandise at a Rhino Linings Dealership location if it was purchased at RhinoOnline.com.au. Detailed instructions along with our mailing address for returns and exchanges can be found at the link below: Rhino's Return Policy

How do I make a return or exchange?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your online order, we will accept returns and exchanges of unused and unopened stock items within 30 days of your online purchase date.

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number which you can request from our Customer Service Department.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all stock item returns, except shipments made in error by Rhino. Special order items such as custom pigments, custom UVs, etc. cannot be returned. Any merchandise missing the serial number or UPC is also non-returnable.
